Integration Summary
The Bloks β Salesforce integration supports two main workflows:
Pushing meeting summaries to people or company records.
Updating structured data fields (generated by the Bloks knowledge base) for company and people records in Salesforce.
This ensures your CRM stays updated with both qualitative insights and structured client information β all generated for you from within your Bloks workspace.
Enabling the Salesforce integration
Open Settings
Locate your avatar (or initials) in the lower-left corner of the Bloks app.
Select it to enter the Settings menu.
Navigate to Integrations
Authenticate Your Account
Your default browser will open and a prompt will appear asking you to sign in with your Salesforce credentials (if you're not already signed in).
Once authenticated, Bloks will be connected and ready to push data.
Return to the Bloks app when prompted.

Now that you have integrated, you can easily push meeting summaries directly from Bloks to Salesforce.
Access a Meeting Summary
Navigate to any past meeting in the Bloks Calendar View that has a meeting summary.
