You can now export your summaries as polished PDF documents, making it easier to share insights with anyone, anywhere.
This new option is available directly from the summary view, alongside existing sharing methods like copy text, copy links, email, or CRM integrations.
What’s new
When viewing a summary in the right-hand panel, you’ll now see a new Export to PDF option:
Generate a shareable PDF
Instantly create a formatted PDF version of your summary for external sharing.Simple export flow
After selecting Export to PDF, Bloks generates the file for you. You’ll see a status indicator while the PDF is being prepared.Download on completion
Once ready, you can download the PDF to your device and save it wherever you choose.
Manage exported files
You can delete generated PDFs at any time, or re-download them later.
Why this matters
Sometimes you need to share summaries outside of your usual tools. Exporting to PDF makes that easy by allowing you to:
Share meeting summaries with clients or stakeholders
Keep a portable, static record of conversations
Distribute content in a clean, presentation-ready format
