We’ve introduced a new Assistant License, designed to give teams a more cost-effective way to collaborate in Bloks.
Previously, teams only had access to full licenses. Now, under Team Management, administrators can assign Assistant Licenses alongside full licenses.
These licenses are available in a 1:1 pairing with full users, making them ideal for advisors who work closely with assistants or administrative staff.
Assistant Licenses provide access to essential workflows, including:
Viewing pre-meeting briefs
Creating and managing manual notes
Accessing and reviewing meeting summaries
Pushing summaries to Equisoft
Supporting administrative and relationship management tasks on behalf of another user
Assistant Licenses are designed for users who don’t require full conversation capture capabilities, but still need meaningful access to Bloks to support daily operations.
This new license tier makes it easier and more affordable to extend Bloks across your team, ensuring assistants can stay aligned, informed, and productive without the cost of a full license.
