Android Install Guide

Get fully set up on Android in less than 3-minutes

Follow the steps below to get fully set up on Android with your Microsoft or Google account.




Step 1: Open the Google Play Store

On your Android phone, tap the Play Store icon.

Step 2: Search for Bloks or scan here

Use the search bar to type "Bloks - True intelligence".
Or scan this QR code with your phone:


Look for the app with the Bloks logo and tap Install.

Step 3: Open the Bloks App

Once installed, tap Open from the Play Store—or launch Bloks directly from your home screen or app drawer.

Step 4: Allow Microphone Access

When prompted, Bloks will request permission to access your microphone. This is required for live transcription and meeting insights.

Tap Allow to continue.

🎤 Microphone access is essential for Bloks to function during meetings.

If you accidentally tapped “Don’t Allow”:

Go to Settings → Apps → Bloks → Permissions → Microphone and enable it manually.

Step 5: Sign In to Bloks

On the login screen, choose your preferred sign-in method:

  • Microsoft (Outlook, Office365)

  • Google (Gmail, Google Calendar)

Step 6: Tap “Sign in with Microsoft”

This opens a secure login page in your browser.

Step 7: Enter Your Microsoft Account

Use your existing Microsoft email and password. No new account needed — Bloks uses Single Sign-On (SSO).

Step 8: Grant Permissions

Bloks will request access to:

  • Your Calendar

  • Your Contacts

  • Your Email

Tap Accept to proceed.

🔒 If you're blocked by an admin policy, reach out to your IT administrator.


Google Sign-In

Step 6: Tap “Sign in with Google”

This opens a secure login page in your browser.

Step 7: Choose Your Google Account

Select the Gmail account you'd like to use with Bloks.

Step 8: Grant Permissions

Bloks will request access to:

  • Your Calendar

  • Your Contacts

  • Your Email

Tap Allow to continue.

🔒 If you're blocked by an admin policy, contact your IT administrator.

🎉 You’re now signed in and ready to use Bloks on your iPhone!
