Bloks offers a variety of customization options to tailor your experience and workflow preferences. Whether you're managing your schedule, adjusting system preferences, or fine-tuning notifications, here's how to make Bloks work the way you do.
Calendar View Customizations
You can personalize your calendar layout and visibility settings to best suit your work style. To access these:
Navigate to the Calendar section.
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
From here, you can:
Switch between daily and weekly views.
Choose which types of events to show or hide:
All-day events
Declined events
Solo events (events where you're the only attendee, often used for time blocking)
Linked Account & Calendar Visibility
Bloks supports multiple calendar accounts (e.g., Google or Microsoft), and you can control which calendars are visible.
To manage these:
Go to Account Settings.
Under your linked accounts, you'll see a list of associated calendars.
Toggle visibility on/off for any calendar to show or hide its events in your main calendar view.
Preferences & System Settings
Within Preferences, you can personalize how Bloks behaves across your device. These settings include:
Language: Default is English, but you can select from other available languages (unless restricted by an admin).
Theme: Choose between:
Light Mode
Dark Mode
System Default (automatically matches your device’s theme)
Startup Behavior: Enable auto-launch on system startup so Bloks is available to capturing conversations without requiring manually restarting the app.
Email Notifications:
Receive Morning Briefs with a rundown of who you're meeting that day.
Includes links to your Pre-Meeting Briefs, making it easy to prep ahead of time.
By customizing these settings, you can ensure Bloks is aligned with how you work—whether that’s organizing your calendar, personalizing your appearance, or keeping you informed with timely notifications.
