The calendar view in Bloks is the central hub for managing your meetings and conversations—before, during, and after they happen. It’s designed to help you stay prepared, focused, and organized at every stage of your day.

Why the Calendar View Matters

Bloks places the calendar front and center because it gives you a unified lens into your:

  • Upcoming meetings (prepare in advance)

  • Current day’s schedule (stay focused in the moment)

  • Past conversations (follow up with context)

Whether you’re looking ahead or reflecting on past interactions, the calendar view keeps everything connected.

Navigating the Calendar

When you open Bloks, you’ll land in the calendar view by default. Here’s what you can do:

  • Switch views: Toggle between daily and weekly views based on your preference.

  • Jump to dates: Use the monthly calendar to quickly jump to future or past dates.

  • Filter events:

    • Hide declined events

    • Hide solo events (where you're the only participant)

    • Hide all events for a cleaner view

Calendar Events and Meeting Summaries

Bloks integrates across multiple connected calendars. You can configure which calendars to display in your settings.

  • Events are visually highlighted in an agenda view.

  • Click on any event to preview its details ahead of time, including event overview, plus attendees and company details.

  • If a meeting was captured (auto-started or manually) that over-laps with the time of the calendar event, a small icon will appear on that event—indicating that a summary is available.

Captures Without Calendar Events

Sometimes, a conversation might be captured that isn’t tied to a calendar event (e.g. spontaneous in-person chats or ad hoc audio captures from Slack). These are still shown in the calendar in their proper time slot, ensuring:

  • A complete chronological view of every interaction

  • Easy access to all meeting notes and summaries, whether they’re attached to calendar events or not
