Every Bloks summary is powered by a full transcript of your conversation — complete with speaker IDs and click-to-play audio for rich, contextual playback.
Where to Find the Transcript
Whether it’s a scheduled meeting or a spontaneous capture, the transcript is always easy to access:
For Calendar Events: Navigate to the event in your Bloks calendar view and open the associated summary. The transcript appears just beside the summary tab and any manual notes.
For Ad-Hoc Captures: Head to your Captured Conversations list in the Bloks calendar sidebar. Click into any capture, and you’ll find the full transcript just beside the summary — including audio playback, speaker tags, and editing tools.
No matter how the conversation was captured, the transcript is always available in the same consistent layout — ready to review, edit, or share.
Playback with Full Context
Bloks doesn’t just show you the text — it brings the conversation back to life:
Click to Play: Replay any moment of the conversation by clicking directly on the transcript line.
Scrub Through Audio: Listen to the entire recording or skip to specific parts with pinpoint accuracy.
Search + Jump: Use
Command + F
orCtrl + F
to find keywords, then jump straight to those moments in the conversation.
Speaker Identification & Talk Time Insights
Each speaker is automatically labeled, giving you a clear view of who said what — and how much they contributed:
Edit Speaker Names: Easily update a speaker label, and Bloks will apply it across all of their transcript entries.
See Talk Time: Bloks also tracks how long each person spoke during the conversation, offering a quick sense of who dominated the discussion or who might need a follow-up.
Editing the Transcript
You can also make corrections if something was mis-transcribed:
Toggle Edit Mode: Switch views to make direct changes to the transcript text.
Live Impact: Updates you make are reflected instantly and will be used in regenerated summaries.
Copy + Share Anywhere
Need to share part of the discussion? Simply highlight and copy any text — from the transcript or summary — and paste it wherever you need: email, Slack, CRM notes, or documentation.
Want the whole thing? There’s a one-click button to copy the entire transcript instantly — perfect for saving or sharing the full conversation anywhere.
Why It Matters
Your transcript is more than just a log — it’s part of the core intelligence behind Bloks. Every summary you see is drawn from it. Combined with audio playback, it gives you a complete, verifiable, and editable view of what actually happened in any conversation.
