You can now generate multiple summaries from a single conversation, each tailored to a different purpose.

How It Works

Instead of being limited to one summary, you can apply different templates to the same transcript and create multiple versions side by side.


For example, you might generate:

  • A detailed internal “Topics Discussed” summary for your records or CRM

  • A polished, client-ready follow-up email or document

With a single click, you can:

  • Apply a new template

  • Customize it with your own instructions

  • Either overwrite an existing summary or create a brand-new version

Each version is generated from the same underlying transcript, but optimized for a different outcome.
