After every client call, Bloks already captures notes, generates summaries, and stores the full transcript. Now, Coaching takes it one step further by analyzing conversations using advanced AI models to provide personalized feedback and performance insights.
What Coaching evaluates
Each call is automatically assessed across five key communication categories:

Questioning
Clarity
Emotional engagement
Ownership of next steps
Actionable feedback after every call
Coaching generates:
An overall performance score out of 100
Detailed insights tailored to the conversation
Practical recommendations for improvement
Examples include:
