Introducing Coaching

We’re excited to launch Coaching — a new AI-powered feature designed to help advisors improve client communication and performance over time.

After every client call, Bloks already captures notes, generates summaries, and stores the full transcript. Now, Coaching takes it one step further by analyzing conversations using advanced AI models to provide personalized feedback and performance insights.

What Coaching evaluates

Each call is automatically assessed across five key communication categories:

  • Listening

  • Questioning

  • Clarity

  • Emotional engagement

  • Ownership of next steps

Actionable feedback after every call

Coaching generates:

  • An overall performance score out of 100

  • Detailed insights tailored to the conversation

  • Practical recommendations for improvement

Examples include:

  • “Pause more after key client statements.”

  • “Allow the client more time to explain their concerns.”

  • “Improve clarity when discussing recommendations.”

Track improvement over time

Coaching also helps advisors monitor progress across multiple calls, making it easy to identify trends, measure growth, and continuously improve communication skills.
